Home inspection pricing is calculated by square footage, location and degree of difficulty. The larger the square footage the longer the inspection takes. Water access locations are all quoted separately.  The minimum charge is $500.00 up to a maximum charge of $800.00 for a 4000 square foot home. Any building with a larger square footage will require an individual quote.

Outbuilding are separate as are Septic's Bunkie's Detached Garages Wood Stoves (WETT) ETC.

An older home or a home with multiple areas of concern may take longer to assess and document thus resulting in a longer inspection time and cost.

We also do infrared assessments as a stand alone service. An infrared assessment starts at $350.00 again based on the size of the home. Any homeowner concerned about heat loss may benefit from this service.

Septic inspections with a home inspection start at $150.00 depending on size and degree of difficulty in locating the septic.  A digging charge may apply. A stand alone septic starts at $350.00. I am a certified septic installer BCIN # 124089

WETT inspections : WETT stand alone  $275.00  With a home inspection $150.00 Second stove $100.00 Water access requires a quote
