Not always will you be permitted to have a home inspection, at times due to time restraints, competition, or access etc. You may find yourself wanting help with your purchase.

We will cater this to your needs by speaking to you and going over the listing, giving you a list of questions to ask the realtor and the current owner and then doing a video chat with you at the time of your walk through and getting you to show us a structured view of the home so we can best advise you moving forward. You don’t have to go it alone.
