What is a Basic inspection report?
If you are selling a home and have some concerns about what a home inspector hired by prospective buyers might find we will do a flat rate  basic inspection.
The flat rate will be based on size of home and areas which you are concerned about.


What is the purpose?
The purpose is to make you, the home owner aware of what the buyers home inspector is likely to see and say.
This will give the home owner a fair chance to to make changes repairs or simply not be surprised by the inspection.
It's an opportunity for you to get the most out of your home sale, and to have peace of mind knowing that a potential deal will not fall through because of a failed home inspection as per terms of purchase agreement.

This isn't a complete certified inspection, it is an assessment , we will be more than happy to do the full inspection however the buyer may want his own done at that time.
